600m Track Mounted Diamond Core Drilling Rig Introduction:
Hardrock GC600 is crawler mounted hydraulic core drilling rig for deep hole diamond core drilling. It can drill for 600m depth with NQ wire-line drilling tools and 400m depth for HQ drill bits. On deck engine of 92 kw can guarantee enough power supply for hard and deep condition drilling.
This rig can be used in plain, hilly, high temperature and cold area. High grade steel has been considered for low temperature area such as Russia. And cooling system has been considered for high temperature and less water area.
Main Features:
1.The drilling rig is driven by full hydraulic pressure, the rotation of the power head is driven by an axial plunger pump and an inclined-axis plunger motor, two mechanical gears plus stepless speed regulation, and an advanced structure.
2.The power head adopts an oil cylinder chain double-speed feeding mechanism, which is stable and reliable in movement, and has a lateral translation mechanism of the power head.
3.The mast adopts an oil cylinder to lift and fall to slide as a whole, and can drill holes within the range of 0-90°.
4.The hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque.
5.The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic trojan grippers, hydraulic leveling legs, retractable mast and other devices to facilitate the rapid positioning of the drilling rig. Equipped with optional wireless remote control crawler, it is suitable for various terrains and controls the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden danger.
