500m Diamond Core Drilling Rig Introduction:

Hardrock GC500 diamond core drilling rig is light weight machine for easy transportation in remote and hilly area where it is hard to approach for big machine.

The rig’s control panel and power pack are separated from main machine during transportation. In this way, it can save the transportation cost and make drilling possible in limited area such as on the mountain area with narrow road.

The whole Hardrock GC500 rig can be divided into three to five pieces depending on the real condition at site.

The rig engine is 74kw Cummins engine and it can drill for 500m, 350m and 120m depth for BQ, NQ and HQ wire-line drilling.

This geological drilling machine can be used for wire-line drilling, conventional single tube core drilling and single tube double act core drilling. Therefore it is widely used in different country and favorited by operators.

Applicable Drilling Method:

• Core Drilling:

1. With NQ, HQ, PQ drill rod
2. With traditional single wall drill rod

• Rotary Drilling:

1. Drilling with tricone bit and drag bit with mud pump or air compressor

• DTH（Down the Hole）Drilling:

1. Perform percussion drilling with hammer and hammer bit driven by air compressor
