3000m Truck Mounted Diamond Core Drilling Rig Introduction:

Hardrock GT3000 is truck mounted hydraulic core drilling rig is for deep hole diamond drilling machine. It can drill for 1000m depth with PQ wire-line drilling tools and 3000m depth for BQ drill bits. On deck engine of Cummins 295 kw can guarantee the enough power supply for hard and deep condition drilling.

From capacity point of view, it is quite similar with GC3000. But truck mounted diamond rig has better mobility and can be driving in the high way.

Regarding Chassis or Truck, it is flexible to have different brand with vairiable power and axiles. Sinotruck, Schaman, Isuzu, Iveco and Man etc. are all optional. Variable axles 6×4, 6×6 and 8×4 are also available according to end user’s applicaiton in drilling erea.

This rig can be used in plain, hilly, high temperature and cold area. High grade steel has been considered for low temperature area such Russia. And cooling system has been considered for high temperature and less water area.

1) Fully hydraulic diamond drills with load sensing system including electrical + hydraulic control proportion valve and advance PLC as brain of control system.

2) Drilling module is top drive + mast with cylinder and chain system, which can have the rig has lifting capacity 295 KN and feeding force 152 KN

3) Top drive consists of two hydraulic motor with 3 gears of mechanically + continuous hydraulic speed control. It can fully fulfill the variable speed and torque request

4) Rotary head can be slided hydraulically to gain space for wire-line drilling and add casing

5) The drill pipe clamp is available on the drill mast to get rod changing conveniently to reduce labor work

6) Centralizer is placed above the borehole to drill hole vertically

1. With NQ, HQ, PQ drill rod
2. With traditional single wall drill rod

• Rotary Drilling:

1. Drilling with tricone bit and drag bit with mud pump or air compressor

• DTH（Down the Hole）Drilling:

1. Perform percussion drilling with hammer and hammer bit driven by air compressor
